Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
